1995 Ford Aerostar replacement part

My van spewed out antifreeze and the temp gauge shot to hot. I don't know what the part is I need to get but it has a pin size hole in it.

Can you take a picture of it and upload it for me to see? Can you tell me where aprox it is located?

Let me know. Also, if the hole is about 1/4" diameter, it sounds like the water pump.
