While driving vehicle lose speed annd run hot smoke coming from engne area. Engine has to cool before cranking again.

If you keep doing that, you will soon be walking! Find out if it's overheating! Check the coolant when the engine is cold, add coolant, drive to a radiator shop and have it looked at.
