1995 Ford Aerostar a/c not blowing cold

previous mechanic diagnosed leakin condensor! customer brought in new condensor to be replaced! R&R condensor vacuumed and charged and found compressor to b leaking. Replaced compressor & orfice tube. Vacuumed and recharged! Low side pressure of 65 psi and high side @ 250 psi @ 100 degress F. Air temp. 80 degrees! Do u think I have a restriction or bad compressor? Thank U for ur time!

The compressor seems to be doing its job. I would guess you have a restriction at some point.
