'94 Aerostar tail lights, instrument panel lights, and lights above license plate all stopped working at the same time. Checked all fuses and lamps. Everything checks ok. Any other suggestions?

Welcome to the forum. Did you use a testlite on the applicable fuses, to see if circuit is hot? Next, I'd get at the connector for the headlamp switch. With the switch turned on, the brown wire carries voltage for tail lamps, the lite blue wire with red tracer carries voltage for instrument cluster illumination.
