Horn non-op, Cruize non-op, 4 ways non-op and maybe airbags non-op. I hear it maybe called a lock spring, clock spring something like that. Could you help me?

Yes, the clock spring can cause all of these problems except the 4 way flashers. It is located in steering column. Here is a picture of one.

One problem, I can't remember if they used them in 94.
