My 94 Aerostar with 190000 is wearing down some. I expect some loss of power over the years with wear. In extreme hot weather with AC going it will sometimes start cutting out/ losing power. Doesnt cut off completely but I am moving down the road and feather the pedal and turn off AC and it will kick back up. It has been running alittle hot for a few months now but not out of range. Radiator flushed, fan is working great, no thermostat(in NE FL), all fluids good. AC is cold. I need my AC as the power windows stopped working recently! Circuit Breaker is good. First one window then the other. I figure its the motors. What do you think about these 2 problems?

Is the AC making any noise when used? AS far as the windows, are they getting power to the motors?
