PROBLEM:
The Turn signal and hazard lights won't light up at all.

SYMPTOMS:
I am able to hit the brake lights, and they work (both the tail lights and the center rear window light).

I am able to put car into reverse and the reverse lights come on.

I have purchased a Electronic Flasher replacement part, at the suggestion of the parts store attendant.

QUESTION:
If this is the right part to replace and solve this problem, where is it located and how can it be replaced?

Am I all wet? : ) THanks.

The flasher is either in the fuse panel in the vehicle or under the hood in the power distribution center. It just plugs in.
