How do i change the cap and rotor? The bolts are not reachable without removing something, what can i remove to make my job more accessable?

You need to remove the engine cover inside the vehicle. There may be a module between the cover and the dash. Simply unbolt it and let it hang from the electrical connector. You won't damage it.
