1993 Ford Aerostar please help me

i recently took my car to conrads and got the oil changed and asked them how much for a tune up he said he would give me a quote after they changed my oil they said i needed to change my inner tie rod on my passenger side and my outer on my side so i did i noticed that i had to replace my control arm bushings so i did well every since i left there shop when i had my oil changed my car thumps and vibrates every time i press the gas peddle

Did they realign the front end when after replacing the parts? Also, it could be an engine miss from something they bumped. Has the check engine light ever come on?
