Will not idle properly when cold. On initial startup engines lopes and will stall. When warm runs fine

idle control valve on throttle body.looks likes a cylinder with a black connecting tip.can also remove and clean the inside with wd40 clean the valve or buy new.try cleaning it first may help and save money never know.wanna know what it looks like go here www.kragen.com
