I'm getting that coolant smell in cab. I'm assuming it is a heater core. I can't afford to have it fixed in the shop. I'm pretty good with tools and have changed cores before but this one must be tucked in pretty tight behind the glove box. Can you help me with info I need to replace it. I need my van for business. Also I LOVE MY AEROSTAR !

HEATER CORE
Removal & Installation
Drain cooling system. Disconnect heater hoses from heater core. Remove 6 plenum access cover screws. Remove access cover. Remove heater core from plenum assembly. To install, reverse removal procedure. Add coolant as required. Check for leaks.
