1992 Ford Aerostar side and rear window leaks in heavy rain

how can i repair the window they are all original the windows that leak are the drivers side rear sliding window and the rear glass window and the passenger rear side window each of these windows leak water from the outside to inside where it will drip from the plastic moulding inside our van .
any help on this would be appreciated, thanks.

What needs to be done is remove the glass and check to see if there is any rust / damage to the body first. If it is good, then the best thing to do is replace the moulding that holds the glass in place.
