1992 Ford Aerostar how do i get a sparkplug out if my socke

i was changing my spark plugs,then i messed up by breaking the plastic around the plug, now my socket wont go all the way down,how else can i get it out?

May end up having to pull the head. I have seen guys use an easy out.
