last week temperatur dropped overnight to about 35, van would not start in am, started around 5pm, next am would not start again, had battery cables cleaned and replaced, next am car started right up and 4 days no problem temperature warmed up, past 2 days rainy cool, this morning no start now all day no start, following work - lights, heat, radio,etc., car turns like trying to start, seems like not getting fuel or something, gas is around a quarter of a tank, added water to battery today, water level was low, is new battery almost 2 months old, what could it be
