1987 Ford Aerostar acceleration

I have been trying to down the engine speed but it keeps in 1200 rpm, I don't know what to do, i checked the vacuum lines and the throtle screw and cleaned an electric device which i think works like a choke.

unplug the IAC module and see if the vehicle's idle comes down, try adjusting it as low as you would like with the IAC module unplugged. does it work?
