2007 Ford 500 rear caliper

I can`t get the piston in the caliper to retract using the universal tool I bought at auto zone. Is there a step i`m missing in this procedure? I have tried opening the bleeder valve also.

Left hand caliper turns clockwise, right caliper turns counterclockwise! Push on tool while turning.
