my power steering is making a whining noise when I turn the wheel even slightly. I have checked the steering fluid and it is at maximum level. Do I need to replace this pump and how do I replace it. I found a reman power steering unit and just need to know how to change it

it could just be a loose / worn PS belt, but if belt looks OK then pump is most likely needing replaced.
