Fog lights not working

I installed fog lights and they will not work. I got the wiring harness of an SS and I have the fog light switch for the inside. it is a fifteen volt fuse in the right place under the hood. what am I doing wrong?

Start at the switch and check the power, then move to the wiring harness and check for voltage all the way to the lights. If you have power to the lights check the grounds on both lights. I have seen ground wires that look good but are not making a good connection.
