Fog lights will not work light does not even come on in dash?

Changed my instrument panel light and now my fog lights will not work light does not even come on in dash.

Let's start by checking fuse #2, 20 amp in the under-hood fuse panel. Also recheck your work on the rear of the instrument cluster to make sure the wiring is connected correctly. Some clusters may not have the provisions for the fog lights so make sure you have the right part. Here is a guide to help you check the fuses and the fog light wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works:

Thanks for the help. I found the problem was that the relay under the dash was unplugged.
