Fog and DRL lights not working

i checked all the fuses and relays and replaced bulbs but they don't work. have power when i jumped it but not direct fuses. where under the hood what else can i check?

It sounds like the BCM is out which controls both of these systems. To be sure lets do a CAN scan which is the future of automotive repair. you can get a CAN scanner from Amazon for about $50.00. here is a video to show you how:
