Installing a new front fascia and foam impact absorber installation

I am installing a new front fascia on my car listed above GT. I purchased new foam impact absorbers, but am having a heck of a time finding out where the smaller foam piece goes. I have been searching high and low online with no luck. Please help!

The piece on the bottom of the image is what I don't know how to install. Thanks in advance.

Hello, I'm Danny.

That is the piece #11 called the front bumper upper center inner isolator.
I've attached pictures below for you.Hope this helps and thanks for using 2CarPros.
