Flywheel lock?

I need to lock my flywheel, and I cannot find the access hole anywhere on my bell housing to stick the locking tool in.

There should be a metal cap on the bellhousing you can remove and get access to the converter and snake a tool in through there or pull the starter.

There is no engine lock porthole in this engine.
