Can the flywheel flange be removed from the crankshaft using a harmonic balancer puller tool?

Can the flywheel flange be removed from the crankshaft itself using a harmonic balancer puller tool, and if yes then wats the process to install the flywheel flange back.

Replacing the rear main seal, but it's behind the flange not around it.

Yes, that is a newer crankshaft with a one-piece main seal, yours has a two-piece rear main seal like the one in this video.

It is a one-piece rear main seal even if it is a newer crankshaft how are you to replace the seal?

I see what you are talking about, I have never used one of these, so I was a little shocked. It looks like a spacer for what I do not know. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
