No air flow to driver side floor vent?

9 times out of 10 it will be the mode actuator, here is the location so you can remove it. I would leave the wires connected and then turn the system on and work the controls to see if the actuator moves or not, which can confirm the issue. Here is the location. Check out the images (below). Let us know how it goes.
