Hello,

I have a problem with all the time blowing air by Floor Distribution Duct for driver, for passenger it is okay. I can change the air direction, I can turn off the air for passengers, but I cannot do it for the driver. The air is all the time vents by driver's Floor Distribution Duct. I was watching by endoscope camera that the drivers' flap (valve) inside Floor Distribution Duct is working only in small range. The valve is not closing tight. And the air is running all the time. Is it normal that the air is all the running by driver's Floor Distribution Duct? There is some temp sensor inside this duct, and it have to so working. I am waiting for your reply.
Have a nice day,
Pawel

Can you remove the actuator that is controlling the air blend door and then move the door by hand to see if you can get it to close completely? I have seen obstructions like an ink pen or toothpick that has fallen into the ventilation system and keep the door from operating correctly. Here are the instructions on how to remove the actuator, if you can move the door completely, I would replace the actuator. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

Dear Ken,
I tried to remove this actuator, but I could do it. I do not know how to pass along steps "Refer to 23." And "Refer to 24." From your description. Could you please add these steps too.
I am waiting for your reply.
Have a nice day,
Pawel

Yep, they are a little vague, it is up to you to remove whatever is in the way so you can get to the actuator. This job can sometimes be a little difficult.
