I have a B2200 and I can start it and it will run for a second or two then the front overfill bowl I guess is what it is fills and overflows. It is right over the float bowl. I have taken the bowl out and checked the float and pin needle valve and look in good condition and vacuum lines are in good condition just put a new fuel pump on it and it run for one day. I drove it for about twenty minutes and after that it is having the same problem. I do not know what could cause this I am used to fuel injected engines.

Hello,

Yep the good old days, the carburetor has a float much like a toilet and the valve has some dirt stuck in it. You will nee to remove the top of the carb and you will see the float clean it out and and should fine. I recommend a fuel filter change as well.

Please let us know what happens.

Cheers, Ken

I had tried that it didn't work and I had already changed the fuel filter but I found the problem it was me being an idiot, when I put on the new fuel tank I had the fuel return on a vacuum coming from the tank so the gas had no where to go and flooded the carb but thanks for the help should've check the lines on the fuel tank sooner.
