I replaced the ignition switch and had a locksmith come out and program a brand new key fob no problem. Now when i try to start it, it cranks likes it's going to start but does not turn over. And the red flashing dot on my dash, i'm pretty sure is the security anti theft light is flashing... The key fob locks and unlocks my doors and and it works perfectly fine. What is the problem? How to i fix the flashing red dot and bypass the anti theft?

You are correct, this is the theft system so after you replaced the ignition and key this happened?

If this is the case then we need to start with checking the codes.

This will show us what the issue is but the most likely cause is the key is not programmed. If that is the case we are going to need 2 keys in order to program them and a scan tool that is capable of doing it.

However, we are going to need to start with the codes in order to figure this out.

Thanks
