I have replaced alternator three times and it still does not charge my battery. So I replaced my battery still nothing. My dash lights and interior lights flash, my radio turns on and off and more dash lights come on and off. my gauges except the speedometer flip up and down and sometimes it acts like it is going to stall. I am at a loss. What could it be?

Good afternoon.

Have you checked the voltage at the battery with the engine running?

At this point it sounds like the battery is low and the result is all your issues.

It sounds like the alternator is not working. It also has controls from the PCM to tell it to turn on.

I have checked the voltage on the battery, and replaced it with a brand new one.

I need that voltage.

Measure the voltage with the engine running and let me know what that voltage is.
