I have located the flasher relay, but it is held in place by a plastic nub that is protruding through a metal bar. How to I remove it?

Hello,

The flasher relay is located at the lower left of the dash near the steering column. Here is a wiring diagram and a guide to help you see if it is getting power to confirm the issue.
