Flapping/rattling noise when accelerating

There is a flapping/rattling noise seeming to come from the middle front of engine when accelerating at low speeds and occasionally when idling. The noise goes away if you let off the gas or once you get over forty mph.

This sounds like it could be a broken flex plate. Can you lease make a video of the noise and upload it here so I can tell for sure?
