Where is the output speed sensor located?

I need to replace my output speed sensor and can’t find location of it to replace it. i'm also not sure if it's +12vdc or +5dc. Please help.

Hi,
To access the sensor, you need to remove the airbox and the battery and battery base. Then it will be right under it mounted on the transmission.
If you look at the attachments below, I included the directions and pics specific to this vehicle for removal and replacement. I hope they help.
