it stalled while driving and would not crank?

Yes well, the car would stall out while driving it always when it was low on fuel. Then one day it stalled out and would not crank. We have changed the fuel pump, fuel filter, plug wires, and all cylinders are getting spark. We even checked the fuel pressure it's getting fuel but still not cranking it is firing though.

To be clear, you are getting fuel and spark but the engine does not run, correct? This can be the engine has had an internal failure; you can do a compression test or if you upload a short video of the engine cranking over, I can tell if the engine as had a problem.
