2004 Fiat Stilo set the idling speed

2004 Fiat Stilo 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual

we are trying to find the screw to set the the revs as the car was sounding bubbly so i changed the spark plugs but still sounding the same and also the revs are a bit low and sound bubbly :(

please help

The PCM (computer) controls adle speed .. it is non adjustable .. you will need to check the IAC (idle air control) valve
