1978 Fiat Spider battery*charging*short*clock

after a few days the battery goes dead all the fuses are good (none blown) the clock is only pulling 15.7 milliamps is that normal? I have already gone through two batteries that is from jumping them the question is what is draining my battery alternator works good and charging system is fine

check which fuses are staying hot/live with ignition off ..to discover drain
