2001 Fiat Scudo problem with breaks

why do the front breaks stay on slightly and start to bind after a couple of miles ,

they will realese slowly .

i can realese them faster if i pull over and press the peddle hard then relese .

i have replaced calipers, master, cylinder, servo, discs, and breack compensating valve .

any idea as local garage and fiat dealer dont know .

bleed the brake system .. check all parts are correct for vehicle
