2006 Fiat Punto JUDDERING

My car seem to judder all the time when moving off in 1ST Gear. The clutch has been replaced twice and the mechanic has replaced the stabiliser but no joy. I seem to really have to rev the engine to stop the judder, this is really annoying.... can you help... Tony (Manchester)

replace the plugs and coils !
