2004 Fiat Punto sticky gearbox

I am having problems changing gears, its not that its a clutch problems because i can get into gears fine its just being able to move the gear leaver, also i cant get into reverse because i cant pull the leaver across enough.

replace the selector gate at the bottom of the gearstick
