2000 Fiat Punto overheating

run car a few miles, car overheats, check coolant level, level very low, top up coolant & run car, after a few miles same thing happens again. replace thermostat & car runs ok for 1 week but notice the engine is running very rough then the car starts overheating again.

Get it block and pressure tested this will tell you what's happening
