1997 Fiat Punto punto 55s transmission problem

Hey i just replaced the clutch and gearbox on my fiat punto 55s. since doing so my gear stick is really wobbly And just flops about. Also i get a gear no matter where i move the stick to (obviously not in neutral position). I Also cant get reverse gear .
