1996 Fiat Punto fan speed

Electrical problem
1996 Fiat Punto Front Wheel Drive Manual 54,000 miles

Hi,

Fan only works on high speed (3) speeds 1&2 do not work, I believe the cause my be in the resistor box, however I do no know where this is located.

the resistor is located on the heater blower unit under the dash
