2002 Other Fiat Models drive shaft

Drive Train Axles Bearings problem
2002 Other Fiat Models 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive 35000 miles
----------------------------------------------------------------
.recently hit a kerp and the wheel got bend and the drive shaft has been replaced.then whenever the steering is turn from left to right the drive shaft is coming off the gear box.do i need a shasy alignment?
