1999 Other Fiat Models leakage of coolant

1. Coolant is leaking out in very small quantities. The service centre informs that on the engine block there are spots of aluminium while the engine block is of cast iron. Over time the place at which these aluminium spots are starts rusting resulting in coolant leakage.
I want to know what is the technical problem. My car is FIAT UNO PETROL 999 cc with fire engine.
2. My second problem is when I switch on the AC the windscreen starts fogging from outside even when the weather is warm and humid.
