1997 Other Fiat Models Exhaust making loud vibrating noise

1997 Other Fiat Models Engine Size unknown Front Wheel Drive Manual 72000 miles

I have checked all the connections to the exhaust but it is still making this very loud vibrating noise, the noise is coming from the back box, what could this be?

Replace the back box. The inners are probably loose
