My car is 1993 Fiat Tempra 1.6 S.Upon starting the engine the temprature indecator is showing a very rapid increasing in a way pushing me to stop it at once while the car is still standing. Sametime while the temp.indicated is very high the radiator temprature by hand touching is still cool and its fan is not running,accordingly I can't move my car any more from parcking. !!! Please, explain me the causes and trouble shooting steps to do it myself if possible
