1998 Fiat Bravo crunching noise : no reverse

Hi i hope you can help me as i'am not good with car problems

every time i try to put the car in reverse it makes a
crunching noise and sometimes first gear is also hard

Hi there,

This is sounding like a clutch problem, i don't have any info on these cars, so i would get a local mechanic to check the clutch for you.
