Feels like it's going to stall

My engine light is flashing. When slowing down for traffic lights or to brake, car has the feeling it's about to stall. Slightly shaky when slowing car down. Resistance to accelerate.

If the check engine light is flashing, there is a misfire. What I need you to do is have the computer scanned for trouble codes. Most parts stores will do it for free. Do that and let me know what codes are found.
