wont start. cranks but won't turn over. i checked noise from fuel pump it there. i did tune up. got half tank gas.

This sounds like a fuel issue so we need to start from the basics by checking the pressure. Here is a guide that will help with this:

Just because you hear the pump does not mean that the pump is creating the needed pressure.
