Number 4 injector has failed?

Number 4 injector has failed. Is it okay to just replace the faulty one or should I have all 4 replaced or have the remaining 3 tested?

At only 46,000 I would just replace the one it must have been weak from the factory unless you have had a fuel contamination problem, then I would do all 4. Let us know if you need anything else.
