New battery and negative battery cable. Had Alternator removed and tested - passed with flying colors.
Battery tests at 12 volts, but no change when vehicle is running. Car runs fine, but on battery power only, alternator is good, but not charging? have checked all wiring and have tightened all questionable connections and cleaned all dirty or corroded connections.

This is a 3.3L V6 1990 Dodge Dynasty.

What do the codes 41 and 11 indicate? ECM?

Your assistance is appreciated.

41 - charging system circuit not responding to control signal

Don't have a listing for code 11. Start by measuring the voltages on the three wires on the alternator with the engine running. Holler back with those numbers.
