fault code PO496 evaporative emission system high purge flow

I would like to know if this is a sensor and where it is located and if I would be able to fix it the car failed the emission test for the inspection sticker can you help me out the inspector said I would be able to fix it myself.

That code could be triggered by any number of things and it needs to be diagnosed accurately which could include electrical and smoke testing before you will know what the actual cause is.
